Fred, known by non-weenies as the "My Leg!" guy, is a recurring character on Springboob Squirepin as well as the most-abused character on the show, suffering mutilations, horrendous deaths, and of course, leg injuries. In a DVD commentary, the writers admitted that they created Fred as an outlet for their psychopathic urges.
